In God We Trust

"Never give in. Never give in. Never, never, never -- in nothing, great or small, large or petty-- never give in, except to convictions of honor and good sense. Never yield to force. Never yield to the  apparently overwhelming might of the enemy.

                             Winston Churchill

My Values

 for U. S. Congress District 18

About Ava Reynero Pate

My Name is Ava "Reynero" Pate, I am a proud Native Texan, born and raised in Austin Tx. At the age of 8 years old, my father moved our family to Pasadena TX in the hopes of taking advantage of the job opportunities available in Houston. When I became a working class citizen at the age of 18, I pursued a very prosperous career as a Cosmetologist and very happily served for over 30 years.

I made the move to Houston in the area of the 18th District from Pasadena, TX after graduating from Sam Rayburn High School. The 18th District was thriving, it was not short of job opportunities, it was a beautiful place to live and many people dreamed of living in this community. Now, after living in and out of the18th District for over 30 years, I have seen some areas slowly diminish, become run down and people moving out seeking a better place to live. I enjoy serving people and I also believe in the American dream. I would love to represent you, the tax-payers in the 18th District, allow me to be your voice in Congress.

Help me bring attention to what concerns you in our community. Together we can make "all' of the 18th District thrive again, not just portions, but the District as a whole. Let's stop this unnecessary spending! Let's protect our community, stand up for the People, Church and for our Liberty. I will proudly stand up for God and for you the people.

Thank you and God Bless,

Ava for Congress
